What is KidPub Encouragement Missions exactly? KidPub Encouragement Missions (KPEM) is an organization built on KidPub.com to help people dealing with sadness and other forms of depression or hurt. Our mission as people and group members is to help create a happier environment for kids and young adults in times of need.
